Please send us a message if your interested in knowing our weekly rotating menu as well as how to proceed with ordering payment, and pickup. Pasta kits rotate weekly due to seasonality and to ensure freshness. If you see something you like, make sure not to miss it!
ABOUT NOT YOUR NONNA'S PASTA
Not Your Nonna's is a small Chicago based business, offering artisan quality pastas and chef inspired kits. All of our pastas are fresh, small batch, and made to order. We pride ourselves on using seasonal and farm fresh ingredients. Our goal as a company is to create a product that will give our customers a restaurant quality experience in the comfort of their own homes.
CHEF OWNER
Born and raised in Oakland, California, Amelia Miller grew up surrounded by farm fresh produce and a wide range of multi-cultural influence. She is a classically french trained chef with a passion for sustainable ingredients and high quality product.
A graduate of Kendall College’s Culinary Arts program in Chicago she transitioned immediately into working in a Michelin star restaurant for the next 3 years. This early training created a solid background of “from scratch” cooking, which she continues to practice to this day. After almost 10 years of working in Chicago and Miami kitchens she decided to make the leap to her own venture, creating restaurant quality fresh pasta for anyone and everyone to enjoy!
